The real metal effect paint is a product of a very high quality that will not hide main wood characteristics, such as the beauty of its grain and the material aspect, meaning that it will not cover what distinguishes it and what wood is chosen for. This “liquid metal” finish covers the frame surface, provides extra shine and expressiveness to the window and makes it an even more unique and valuable product.

Available options are nearly unlimited, given that final result depends on various factors. First of all, the choice of the base colour: iron, bronze, copper, brass or tin. Special patinas can be added to the starting mixtures, i.e. activators that modify the overall effect. Patinas used to imitate rusted oxidation look create the typical reddish colour of rusted metal; the copper-effect patinas, on the other hand, reproduce typical green and bluish colour spots, unique shades that will identify windows and doors as an important element to impart style to the interiors.

The final result will greatly depend also on the type of the wooden support, both for wood type chosen (fir, oak, larch) as well as for the processing carried out, such as the level of sanding or brushing. Furthermore, the application of the product itself depends on the surface to be covered and the specific aesthetic needs: a minimal frame painted with a spray will have a completely different result from the frame painted with a brush, sponge or spatula.
